"Statistics" by the Civilians

Stop-motion animation for The Civilians, a theater group working here in New York. I was originally going to do something on the chalkboard, but the song was more musical and needed something that could “dance” more than what I can do on the chalkboard, so I decided to use stop-motion. The song uses quotes of statistics about the environment from interviews for the lyrics, and I thought that using fresh fruit as as a reference to the environment made sense.

All the food that was used in this project was donated to Occupy Wall Street.
